Meet our Summer Interns!

To build upon the success of the Trash Free Maryland Internship program, Trash Free Maryland for the first time ever is introducing Summer Interns. This addition to the program is a great way for us to push forward in accomplishing our goal to make Maryland trash free, as well as give college students valuable marketing and non-profit organization experience. This summer we are introducing two social media marketing interns. We hope our supports get to know them and feel free to reach out to collaborate or contribute.

Milan McWilliams - Social Media Marketing Intern

I am a junior at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD. I am going for a Business major with a concentration in Marketing. I was looking for an internship over the summer and thought what better way to spend my summer then helping clean up the environment.

Kaylee Rodriguez Torres - Social Media Marketing Intern

I am a senior at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD. I am majoring in Business with a concentration in Marketing. I chose this internship because I am passionate about helping the planet and knew this internship would teach me how to become kinder and more aware of our planet.
